Raw Material Discharging System (Bag Opening Machine)
In the system we produced for MUTLU PLASTİK, a company affiliated with MUTLU AKÜ, automatic feeding of injection machines was provided. With this system, the use of 2 different raw materials at the same time was provided. In addition, since it eliminated the loading process, it provided the company with gains in terms of operator costs and work safety risks.

Automatic Rivet Mounting Machine
With the assembly system we produced for KAREL ELEKTRONİK, high quality assembly has been achieved by preventing operator-related errors that may occur during the assembly of triacs to coolers. In this PLC-controlled system, 1.5 tons of pressure force has been applied. It is aimed to prevent possible work accidents by using the Light Barrier for operator work safety. Top Cover Filter Mounting System
With the mounting system we produced for MUTLU AKÜ, high quality mounting has been ensured by preventing operator-related errors in the filters on the top cover. Pneumatic pistons and servo motors have been used in the movement axes of this system, which is controlled by Siemens PLC and HMI. The filters have been moved by vibration.
